NXT BLD 2026 runs May 13-14, 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London. The conference covers BIM 2.0, AI, digital delivery, infrastructure platforms, and software development for the built environment.

The strongest free and open software thread is on Day 2, NXT DEV. The program includes That Open Company, Speckle, Ara 3D, and xeokit, with sessions on open BIM data, web-based 3D model access, open SDKs, portable AEC workflows, and in-house software development using APIs, SDKs, and AI-assisted coding.
